Proptrics is short for Property Metrics. This web application provides easy access to reliable commercial property information for the Irish commercial property market.

The property dataset is currently limited to 20 out of the 26 counties within the Republic of Ireland. The lease dataset covers all commercial leases within the state from 2010 onwards.

The property information displayed by Proptrics is sourced from the Valuation Office and the lease information is sourced from the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA).
